I had perfect stay in Novotel and I totally impressed with the hotel staff and cleanliness of the rooms and was impressed with friendly behaviour with floor executive mr ram Mohan I would surely prefer to stay in Novotel and would give kiddos to the hotel ambience

It was an amazing experience and I couldn't have asked for more. Housekeepers (Kaushal, Gajendra kumar , Sonu ,Rishi, Rajesh) were very hospitable , well spoken and took care of all my needs. I loved that and I will also recommend to all my friends and family to take your services while visiting India!

Had a great stay in Pullman and novetel aerocity New Delhi .find a great help by Rishi and sunil .thankyou for a good service. The bed and washroom is very cleaned and hygiene. Housekeeping service very nice room wash comfortable bed wash comfortable room and corridor wel mentioned staff all good thank you novotel
